I'm trying to obscure/blur just a face in a video using VideoWave 8.  I found a topic that explains how to accomplish this with 7/7.5, but not with 8.  I thought of doing it by adding text - sizing a zero to the person's face (and moving it every few frames with the movement as described in the EMC 7/7.5 post), but this would most likely have a comical effect and that's not what I'm going for.  Any ideas/assistance is greatly appreciated.

It is not a feature of this software. The discussion you cite is about the only way to do it.

There may be some software that will do this, but given the complexity, I shudder to think what it might cost…

Thanks for the response.  I shudder, as well!  I don't do a lot of video editing so I'll have to make do with what I have.  Thanks again.
