I have managed to a clean uninstall of EMC 9, but have unable to reinstall the software. Message is "Please wait while setup loads". Have attempted reinstal 6 or 7 times from disc & download.
Any ideas about hoe to get EMC 9 to reinstall ?

Is your problem uninstalling post #1 or installing post #3?
Did you download and run this tool?
It's in my signature #8. Windows Installer CleanUp Utility 32-bit version.
