I was having problems installing...went throught the whole clean install and it seemed to work, but now that I actually get the program to load, I can't do anything.  Either nothing happens when I click on a task or I get the following message:

The certificate is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it.

Is this a different issue, or the same one that was keeping me from installing in the first place?

What do I do now?
