I've just installed Creator 2009 and everything works ok except for the Cine Player.

I get a message headed Microsoft.net which then quickly moves to the "Cine Player encountered a problem " message inviting me to send the details to MS.

Elsewhere eg if i open Windows Media Player, an installation box opens telling me to reload a file for Cine Player called cs.msi.

I'm sure these two problems are connected but can't seem to find this missing file in the original files when I purchased the software.
