The "Download Creator 2009 Service Pack 2" link on this page (http://www.roxio.com...re_updates.aspx) does not work for me.
When I select it, I am returned to the "Roxio Customer Care" page.
When I again click on the "Creator 2009 Service Pack 2 Download " link on the "Roxio Customer Care" page it takes me back to where I started.
Any suggestions? I contacted customer support by email but so far no reply.
regards,
Dirk

Try turning off any pop up blockers or internet security programs while trying to download the update. The update is working for me as I just tried it.

Thanks. I turned off ZoneAlarm Security Suite and it downloaded just fine.
The reason I didn't try that at first is because I haven't had any trouble downloading software from other sources.
Thanks again.

Dirk

Yes it is. As you may have noticed the solution was to turn off my security during download. NOT something I like to do.
Thanks and regards,
Dirk

Zone Alarm tends to be a shade paranoid sometimes - when you download a patch, amongst other things it alters a previously installed program - so an ultra-touchy security system will block that on principle
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
