My question, how do I put several clips togeter that are in mpeg format to make a single move use the DVD with menu option.  Each clip is approx. 10 minutes.  I want the clips to string together to make a single movie.  I can put several clips together by using the "Minus Menu" option.   With this record optiion, the DVD does not have a start screen with movie start Icons.  This was easy using Roxio 6.  Can anyone help. I have found the ROXIO Help screen to be very inadequate.

mpeg?   Do you mean mpg?

Use VideoWave in the storyboard mode.  Add the them in order but you can move them around. Add transitions or color panels with text to separate them if needed. Save the project and then close Video Wave.  Open MyDVD and add that file via add movie.  Use the menu style that you want and customize it as you wish.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
