Easy Media Creator 9 (Roxio Creator DE version 9.0.116) that comes pre-installed on a Dell Dimension E521, running Vista Business 32-bit.

EMC requires 2 CDs to burn a 483 MB project, but will burn it to a DVD. The same project burned to a single CD just using Windows Explorer's "Burn" command.

A different program (Drag 'n Drop CD+DVD) in Windows XP burns the project to a single CD.

I tried several CDs in EMC in Vista and got the same response from the program. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Thanks,
Gene

Did you try Creator Classic, in the EMC 9 suite? You stripped down Dell version may not have it.

Thanks, but the "DE" version from Dell does not include it.
