When I open up Tivo Transfer while I'm at home, I can see my DVR and all of the contents. However when I'm on the road or in the office, it won't show up.
Could this be due to the possibility of firewalls in the office or non-compatibility of other networks? Seeing that the main reason I purchased Toast 10 was to enable the viewing of shows while I travel.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

TiVo's can only be discovered on your local LAN. They can not be seen outside your home.
