Problems Reinstalling

I had a problem with EM9. When i wen to open the app it frooze with the startup pic on the desktop. So i uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. On reinstalling it, i got through the installation process without a hitch but the app is not showing up on my programme list in the start menu and also no shortcut on screen. I have gone to my program files and it has created a roxio folder with the data inside it. Any ideas how to solve this??

If you are using a retail version of EMC 9 then try a clean installation.  Do not skip any steps!
