Hi,  I am way out of my league here.  I just bought creator 2009 as a way to catalogue my photos.  I currently use photoshop.  When I try and load the disc onto my computer..an HP running windows xp with Windows live one care for security... it starts then loads something about 11 then stops and says I need 10.  I downloaded something called creator 2009sp3 but that isn't working.  I know nothing at all about software expect to put the DVD in the player and hit run.  Can anyone help please??

Pinned posts are those at the top of each forum section with the word 'pinned' next to it. This means it stays there.
See if the info here helps with your problem.
