Guys and Gals, Please help me
I paid for and downloaded and installed Creator 2009 yesterday--but can't access--When I click on the logo Roxio, the name appears for 10 secs and disappears--when I click via applications, I get the message -- NO Permission to launch application--Website for support not that friendly--have managed to send an email and ask for refund if the problem can't be solved
Any ideas ? Your help is appreciated

What OS and what are your computer specs (CPU speed, graphics and RAM)?
Make sure that you installed and run in admin mode

Munusami, don't click on the Quote button, when you want to quote someone. That button doesn't do what you think it should. Just click on the Reply button, and the quote will show properly.
