Creator 2009 just will not load

Bought Roxio Creator 2 today and might as well have burnt the money. Tried to load it on a new PC running Vista Home Premium, 64bit system, complete failure. Stops while loading Direct X, no explanation, no help, no nothing.

What the hell is Creator 2? Please use the proper version numbers, besides in the header.

OK so I can't type. Obviously CREATOR 2009

Your suggested fix doesn't work because the file mentioned does not appear on my system but thanks for replying.

Try updating DirectX9 manually and see if that helps. Have you updated to .NET 3.5 SP1? We know that has causes some issues , too.
