Recently got a Dell which came with this version.

I looked at it, made some screen caps and uninstalled it. It is only a shadow of the retail product with no ability to do anything in Video.

Audio:



The Easy Audio is a Home Application to create an Audio CD.

The Jukebox disc offers an mp3 type disc in CD or DVD.

Data and Backup:



Only has the Home App of Data Disc.

Copy:



The 3 apps offered are all Home apps. They will do what they say but the whistles and bells along with the rich flexibility of full Retail version is missing.

Tools:



The tool box is empty!    Label Disc takes you to the included Express Labeler. The others are Home apps.

Start Menu looks like this:



If a user has any need to do anything beyond the most basic functions, buy the Retail version and dump the junk.
