During the installation of Creator 2009, the installation halts, rolls back, then gives an error that the install has been interrupted and cannot be completed.

I have followed all the instructions for a clean download and for the link below, dsetup.dll was not present.

I had previousley installed it on my system (XP Pro) and it worked fine. I then had to reinstall windows now I cannot get it to load at all.
I have tried everything over 5 attempts but no sucess. Am I missing something obvious to everyone else?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
