I am trying to upgrade our roxio installations up to version 10. We have 50 or more PC's with version 7 and another 40 or 50 with version 8. What is the best way to uninstall previous versions of Roxio en masse?

I would like to use something like this: MSIEXEC /X {Roxio 7 product code}

and then just run this script on all the PC's to uninstall Roxio 7.

Any insight on how you or others have tackled Enterprise Roxio uninstalls and upgrades would be very helpful. I have the Roxio Creator Enterprise Product Deployment Guide and I can setup an unattended install with .msi parameters but I need to rid myself of all the old version before installing Roxio 10.

Thank you.

You need to contact whoever (whomever?) sold you the multi-user license. This is a users forum, and it is doubtful that anyone here, outside of a Roxio employee, knows the answer.
