Open the Home app and go under Tools – Get Disc Information.

What does it say about your drive?

Then click Win-Pause – Hardware tab – Device Manager.

Expand the CD/DVD-ROM section and tell us what it says there?

Hold down Alt, Ctrl and Del at the same time will also bring up a screen with options - at the bottm will be 'Task Manager' - select that and click on it

The 2 keys are on your keyboard – Windows and Pause/Break

It is a fast way into Device Manager. Need to know if Windows has lost your drives. It does that from time to time. If it has it will show an error code in Device Manager.

OK, go into Device Manager, select the burner, Uninstall the burner, exit and reboot.

(Windows will redetect and install the burner)

Any change in Roxio?
