Thank you for contacting Roxio Technical Support

Follow these steps:

   1. From the Start menu, select Control Panel.
   2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
   3. Uninstall .NET 2.0. If a higher version of .NET is installed (e.g., .NET 3.0), uninstall the higher version first, and then uninstall version 2.0.

      Download and run the updated version of the .NET Framework cleanup tool at the link below:

      http://astebner.sts.winisp.net/Tools/dotne...leanup_tool.zip

   4. If the .NET v2.050727 or v3.0 folder is present on your computer, rename the folders to have "old" at the end of the name or delete them:
          * Right-click the Start button and then choose Explore.
          * Browse to C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework.
          * Right-click the v2.0.50727 or v3.0... folder, and then select Rename.

          * Type v2.0.50727-OLD, and or v3.0-old then press Enter.

   5. Download and Install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1.

You absolutely do not want to install .NET 3.5 and above all SP1!!!!

However since you have already been running the gauntlet, I would suggest you would be better off picking up your phone and calling Roxio.
