I have version 6.3 of ProHD.  The S350 does not play my discs (they play well on other players).  The error message is :‘Cannot operate this disc’ .  

Is this a problem with the media (TDK) or is it a PRO HD problem.  Firware on the S350 is up to date.

I believe that this version of proHD (6.3) includes the patch.

upgrade to 6.4

it works with TDK media and the S350 and BX1 (costco rebadged S350)
