I am trying to get the pictures in my slide show to ease forward or backward. I cannot find the option that allows this to happen. Any suggestions?

Rather than using 'Create a slideshow', open VideoWave and put your pictures on a storyboard.

There are several 'transitions' that might create the effect that you want.
