Hi
I am running a G5 powermac OSX 10.4.11 using toast v10
My main interest here is burning blue-ray HD material to DVD - which I have managed to do successfully.
But there are some points I would like to clear up, apart from the PAL NTSC setting in the preferences is there any region coding going on or are all disks that toat 10 burns region free?

Toast burns for playback in all regions.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

i burned my first disc today and toast crashed after 100% but the disc was readable and menu operational but when i clicked on a track got a error 7001 which i've read is a regional error. any idea how that could happen? i did contact support but am looking for answers others may have in this area.

When Toast reaches 100% it then goes to "writing disc lead-out." That apparently didn't get written properly due to the crash. My only suggestion is to try a different brand of disc. If you are using DVD+R try DVD-R or vice versa. I'm confident this isn't a region code issue.
