I want to re-install Music Lab 10 on a new computer, but I get a message saying Sorry,
It is too late to download this file. You were allowed to download within 30 days.
Does this really mean I have to re-purchase the product. I cannot believe this!

When you purchase software via download, it's not unusual for it to be available for a limited time (like you noted), and is usually stated as such in the original email. With any downloaded software, you should make a backup copy of it on a disc or another hard drive in case you ever need to install it again.

You may be able to get Roxio/Sonic to allow you to download again without purchasing, but you'll need to contact their Customer Service to see. On their Customer Service page, in the Questions after Purchase section, there is a phone number you can call and a link you can use to contact them about it.
