Just uninstalled Easy Media Creator 9 Suite and installed Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition.  The Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition does not include "Backup MyPC".  Is there a way I can reinstall the "Backup MyPC" application from Easy Media Creator 9 Suite without affecting the installation of Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition?

Should I uninstall Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition, install Easy Media Creator 9 Suite and reinstall Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition without uninstalling Easy Media Creator 9 Suite?

Any ideas? huh.gif

I have EMC 9 Suite and Creator 2009 both running on the same PC. Each product installs separately.  Cineplayer may be the only issue if it is included in your Creator 2009 special edition.  You could do a custom install of EMC 9 suite and then pick and choose which products to install.

Thanks Big_Dave.  I reinstalled Easy Media Creator 9 Suite and just selected the minimum options to include Backup MyPC.  I was able to perform a backup to an external hard drive sucessfully.

I have been having issues with writing DVDs on a TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H553A drive.  I am checking other posts to see if this is an issue with the DVD media, drive or Roxio Creator 2009.

Thanks again for your help.
