I try clicking on "Catalog your disks" on the home page but nothing launches! Any ideas?

Just double checking - please confirm that you have Creator 2009 and not EMC 9. This is what it should look like.

Have you updated to SP3?

I thanks for the reply. Yes it is Creator 2009 and I have all the latest updates.

H|as anyone got any ideas on this one. I have followed all the steps for a clean install, however, I'm still unable to use the catalog your disks feature.
I installed Creator 2009 on another similarly spec'd laptop and it works on that, so I'm stumped.

Thanks

Iain
