Received "Easy CD & DVD Burning" with Turbotax purchase.  Was advertized by OfficeDepot as a supported product.  Beware of gifts from Intuit!  Installed on XPHomeR3.  

Attemped to uninstall Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 prior to installation.  Received Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 error message - Error 1905.Module C:\Program Files\Commmon Files\Roxio Shared\SharedCOM\MPEGStreamDemuxer.dll failed to unregister. HRESULT -2147220472. Contact your support personnel.

Afterwards, Easy CD & DVD Burning Package appeared to install properly.  Recognizes burner - all functions appear to work except "Copy CD/DVD".  When this is clicked, the program freezes regardless of type of media in the drive.  Requires reboot to get out.  Any idea how to find/repair the conflict?  FYI, the only other Roxio product still installed is the media manager within Blackberry Desktop Manager.

Start something and click on Help About. Can't advise anything without knowing that. - thinking V9.something???
