I created a video with native audio and sent it to someone via email.  It was output as a WMV file.  The recipient could play the video but there was no sound.  She checked volume controls and, of course, mute.

Any thoughts?

Thanks, Lisa

What happens when you playback the video on your computer?

When she plays a wmv file with 'background audio' she has sound, but when she plays a wmv with 'native audio' there is no sound.
