I created a video with native audio and sent it to someone via email. It was output as a WMV file. The recipient could play the video but there was no sound. She checked volume controls and, of course, mute.
Any thoughts?

What happens when you playback the video on your computer?

can the recipient play a different wmv file (not made by you) and have sound?
