In trying to install RecordNow Music Lab 10 on a new computer, I select the option of installing all of the components, but when it was finished, the audio capture features were not installed. I tried removing and then reinstalling with the minimum components that would include audio capture, but again, no audio capture. I downloaded the upgrade version 10.1 and had the same results. I had no such problem in the installation on my old computer. What could be the issue, and how do I correct it so that the audio capture components are installed. Audio capture was the main reason for my purchasing this software. Thanks.

did you ever resolve this problem? I know its been years. I had the same problem but I just lost the audio capture one day it was off my computer and now wont reinstall.
