After downloading Service Pack 3 and installing it on Vista my TV tuner by Hauppage was not recognized. I then uninstalled the service pack, rebooted and the system recognized the tv tuner. Anyone have the same problem and if so, how do you resolve it?

Don't install SP3? You don't need it if you don't have these problems:
