My first installation hung up at Installing EMC11 Content. After 10 minutes at EMC11 I canceled and the program rolled back and said that my computer had not been changed. In one of the posts a similar problem was reported and the solution suggested was to copy the installation disk to the computer's hard disk and try again. This I did and Creator installed. When I tried to open Creator after installation and reboot the following message came up "Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Tell Microsoft ... Send error report" This I did. Now what?

I think all you may need at this point is SP3???

Download – Apply – Reboot

Any change?

If not Call Roxio and talk to them directly.
