I was attempting to burn a CD using Record Now, when I noticed it and other programs on computer not responding...couldn't even use windows to turn off computer...then got the blue screen saying this was an SSRTLN.SYS related error from the Record Now program. I attempted to contact technical support, but I am unable to respond to their email because I get a page long error message when I try to send an email back to them...don't know if the problem is their website, or more messed up programming inside my computer related to the above error...everything on my computer is running slowly now. Hoping some tech support person or anyone else with knowledge of how to solve this will help me.

This Forum is for RecordNow MUSIC LAB and MUSIC LAB PREMIER.
This reference in the Roxio KnowledgeBase looks more like it refers to RecordNow, which is a different, older program, and would be in the forum for Sonic products. So I'm not sure if it is the answer.
