Installation of Creator 2009 is interrupted and can't be completed


Issue

During the installation of DirectX 9 portions of Creator 2009, the installation halts, rolls back, then gives an error that the install has been interrupted and cannot be completed.

It doesn't work! I have no file dsetup.dll in my system32 folder.

It won't install, please help

At which point during the install does it fail at?
