I have followed the instructions for the 2009ContentDiscError_HotFix.zip and after it did not work I tried to do a clean install for Vista as described on Clean install instructions for Creator 2009 on Windows Vista topic on the discussion forum, but neither work. I still get the "You must install Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 before installing the content" erroressage and the install rolls back. Any other alternate solutions for this???

Print out the clean install instructions for Vista and do it again - don't skip or add any steps
First tho, shut down any running Roxio processes (use msconfig and uncheck everything with Roxio or Sonic and reboot) before uninstalling the app from add/remove programs

It looks like Roxio finally put that first on the list in the clean install instructions, for Creator 2009. I only suggested that they list it first, 2 versions ago.
