Been every where & called everywhere, but Roxio won't give me any information on what to do. Just sends me to self sevice. Read it all!!!!! Can't find any help.
Has anyone had this problem? error says it won't load driver because it will cause my computer not to be stable & etc & etc.
Would sure like to know if anywhere I can find help???

What exactly is the error message, please?
windows xp-message =did not load driver because of being incompatible.
then it list windows media & race track (not sure if I remember this right) never heard of race track. that might be causing the problem.
But I do have windows media (default), went to that web. address that the message gave me when I opened the ballon. It had a download for media 11, but didn'see anything about drivers. Tried to download media 11, but computer said I couldn't use that & wouldn't let me install it.
Tried all the things I seen at roxio & nothing worked for this problem!
Thanks for trying to help, been at this for 4 days!!!

If you have IE 7 or WMP 11 installed either one will give you problems.
They need to be rolled back to earlier version's.

What's IE7 or WMP11 ? I do have WMP11, but it tells me I need drivers that are compatible?
How do I do that? I have roxio,5,6,& now 7? If I get roxio 9, will I be able to use it?

You might need to do the clean install procedure described elsewjhere
Both IE7 and WMP11 are Vista backports and cause the problem
