i have the easy creator 5 and i havn't use it for along time, but now its not letting me download and songs. error keeps coming up saying insert disk or insert disk with more space.can anyone help

Give us some more details of what you are doing, step by step.
Are you using XP ?, what application in ECDC 5 suite ?. Does it work ok if you try to burn a small data file to a CD-RW (use CD-RW for testing).
Have you recently updated to IE 7 or WMP 11 (they don't get along with ECDC 5).
