I certainly hope someone can help....I downloaded EMC8 off the website.  The first time that I did this I lost my internet connection....did a system restore and my computer crashed.  Lost everything after hours on the phone with Dell.  I stupidly decided to try again and downloaded it again.  Same thing was going to happen so I uninstalled EMC8 before doing a system restore.  Now I haven't got access to EMC7 either.  I get a runtime error message when I try to open it and it will not uninstall either.  I have the cd but it won't install over the old one either.  I am at my wits end.  Can anyone help?  It seems that support for EMC is useless or I'm not smart enough to use it.

Save yourself more frustration and call tech support!

It is most likely that will not charge you for an install issue.
