Error 8000405 I tried running the hotfix that was posted in the DVD & video area:

There is no such thing. Can someone please help me resolve this issue. I've been trying to burn my first DVD since Feb. ready to give up on ROXIO. I'm also getting a memory error:
videowave8.exe application error
"0x008fc966" referenced memory at "0x1227fd90" the memory could not read.
Can someone please help with these 2 issues

1. Here's the link for the hotfix:

2. Try launching MyDVD or VideoWave, go to Tools->Options. If Render using is Hardware, switch it to software, close the application and relaunch it.
3. Also, obtain the latest video drivers. Contact your Video Card manufacturer to make sure you are using the latest driver for your video card.
