Putting Breaks In Dvd Recording

How do you install 'breaks' in the dvd recording like regular dvds where you can jump ahead to the next scene? I have a Mac and I use Toast. In it there are automatic breaks every 5 minutes. Is there a way to do that with Creator 2009?
