It should have been installed with Creator 2009. If you have the install disc, there is a folder 'CPDECORDERPAK_431'. Run the MSI file in that folder.

Use WinZip or some other unzip app to extract the file to your hard drive. You can then burn a back up DVD of that folder for future installs if needed.
