Hi,
I have had this program on my computer for about 9 months. It came with my Dell desktop. It has always worked fine up until a day or two ago. I try opening the program, and the startup screen pops up, but the program never loads.
Occasionally it will load all the way to the main menu, where in the middle screen it will say "accessing data" or something like that. None of the options are clickable, and I eventually have to end the process.
I use Vista.
I considered that maybe some other program I was running might be causing it not to run, but I have shut down various things, and nothing seems to work.
I appreciate any insight that you can give me.
I will be out of the country for a few weeks, but will check this to see if anyone has any ideas. Thanks
John

If it suddenly stopped working, the usual culprit is something installed at around that time - this could be a windows update or anything really
Did you check with Dell to see if there were any program updates or patches (you have an OEM version that isn't the same as the retail ones)

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
