Happy_Meal,

Region coding is a method of copy protection, and breaking copy protection had been made illegal in the USA fo we can't discuss such things here.

However what you're wanting is a way to output in a different color system, which is a different thing.

Which of the two software suites this forum deals with do you have ?
What version of MyDVD does it contain ?
P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same [pick one]

You can't burn DVDs with region coding using MyDVD 9. It will produce only regionless DVDs if you burn from an unprotected DVD on your hard drive.

so you're telling me that since the dvd is already copied onto my HDD and i burn it onto a disc using MyDVD 9, it wont have a region code therefore i should be able to play it on any dvd player without a problem?
