I downloaded EMC10 onto my old XP computer. Now I have a new Vista computer. I do not want to use EMC10 on both, just on the new one. I was able to install EMC10 on the new computer with no problem, but after a few weeks it refused to do anything - probably because it was on two computers. I am quite happy to uninstall and remove it from my old computer, but how will Roxio know that and legitimise the new installation? Is it a matter of re-registration?

Being on 2 computers has nothing to do with it. Have you used a registry cleaner, Norton, or McAfee lately?
