How about telling us what program in the suite you're running,
what Operating System you're running it in
what drive [model number or Drive ID] you're trying to use
what [exactly] error message you're getting, and wren you're getting it
That might give us a few clues.

I purchased this software for $60.00. I havehad nothing but trouble for the four days of owning it. I am unable to purn Cd's or movies. It says device not detected. I have written two letters now for support and havent had one reply. Can someone please give me any suggestions. Thanks a million
