After having used Creator Ultimate for several months successfully (and coming to depend on it), I tried to open it today. I got a message that it was not installed properly and could not open. I saw from the Start menu I could go to the individual programs but not the main menu program, but I did not leave well enuf alone. I tried to reinstall the program as the message said. It removed all the programs and then the installation stopped with the message "EMC11 Content - You must install Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 before installing the content." I went to the control panel and removed what was left of Creator 2009 and then removed the folders for it. It still won't install. I found the pinned note on this forum that said to delete dsetup.dll. I did a search and can't find that on the computer.

How do I reinstall this program. I am on a tight schedule and I need to get some work done. I use VideoWave for work. Or at least I did.

Ups, I just saw that after I posted, and yes, it did work. Thanks. I was kind of freaking out there.
