I have a Sonic RecordNow 7.1. My problem is that it no longer finds my two drives (one CD, one DVD). Background: I had to uninstall RecordNow because I had a corrupted Registry (see Microsoft articule 314060 regarding deleting or renaming Upper and Lower Filters). After I made the changes (I renamed the Upper & Lower Filters) Microsoft recommended, I reinstalled Sonic RecordNow from the original CD that came with my Dell PC. My Computer can now see and read my two drives, and so can Windows Media Player. But RecordNow does not find them!
