In the window MP/3/WMA Disc OProject Settings. Presentation Formats, (control of playback order), there is a list of boxes to check: M3U, pls, wpl, HighMAT, MPV, andn XPSF. I don't know what those mean. I want to have tracks played back in the same order as I have composed them. How do I do that?

Since an mp3 is really only a data file Windows organizes them alphabetically.
You can do 2 things.
1) you can prefix the file names numerically. As in 001filename.mp3,002,003,etc..
2)As long as your player supports playlists then you can make the disc using one and they should play in that order.
The things you didn't know what they mean are playlist extensions.
Different players use different playlist formats.
