Roxio easy dvd has never really worked well on our new hp. Now it will not even start. I want to uninstall then reinstall but I have no disc. (Product was already installed on my hp.) I have no recovery disc because it failed to create when trying to create it the first time. Do I need to get the recovery disks? Do I need to buy the new roxio creater? my desktop is hp m8100n. I am trying to use the easy dvd v9.

Contact HP, as they provide ALL support for their OEM version of Roxio.
