hI i INSTALLED 2009 AND IT DID NOT LAUNCH. iWAS RUNNING CERATOR 10 BEFORE. fLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEAN UNINSTALL AND REINSTALLED BUT STILL DOES'T WORK. nO PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLATION. HELP

Not much info beyond don't work… You need to print and follow the Clean Install –
Vista

The trick to Clean Install is to print it out so it is by your side and follow it step by step using the More or Less method. (Don't do More than it says and don't do Less!)

I did just as you said. I printed out the clean uninstall directions and did what it said to do. Still after installing 2009 creator. I get the windows message that it needs to close. Sorry for before I was in a hurry.
