I'm running Leopard on Mac pro--evey time i try to play a track in Cd Spin Doctor that I have captured ---the program gives me a crash or freezes up. Any suggestions?

I don't know about your version of Spin Doctor, but there are problems with newer versions relating to OS 10.5.6. The trick with the newer ones (and possibly yours as well) is getting the file saved and then working on that saved version for playback, track marking and filtering. That isn't easy to do, however.
Try this:
Create a test recording of a few minutes. When you end the recording and the wave form appears mark at least one track (this may happen automatically depending on your preference settings). Now choose Save As... and save the file.
Next, choose Open and try to open the saved file. Does it open and show a waverform? If so I think you've found how to workaround the crash.
