Can you please tell me why my Bly-ray discs authored with Roxio DVDit Pro HD most current version will not play back on any of the new BD players e.g: Sony 350 & 550, Samsung 4600, Pioneer, etc? while the older version players from these same manufacturers do? Even with firmware updates, the new players will not play PRO HD authored BDMV discs.
An answer and better yet, a solution would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
George Hunyadi Jr.

Hmmm...I haven't heard that many problems with latest versions not playing BD-R/RE's. Which version of DVDit Pro HD to you have?

Yes. DVDit Pro HD v.6.3 631B11A. I believe it is tne most current. They play well on the Panasonic and Pioneer machines, but none of the other brand newest machines. George

The most current version is 6.4 641B01A
That may be the problem. I have seen other posts that DVDit Pro HD-made blu-rays are working in those machines.

Thank you for the information, however I cannot find any updates at the Roxio web site for my current version of DVDit Pro HD. Where and how do I get version 6.4 641B01A? I've searched the site to no avail.

Open the program, go into the Help > Check for Updates.

Open the program, go into the Help > Check for Updates.
If that doesn't work, you might have to battle with Roxio support to get the update as some have already found out.

You folks have been terrific and I thank you. Under 'Help' my program does not have 'Check for Updates', only Upgrade DVDit Pro HD. I called Roxio, explained my issues. They are sending me a new download authorization with the current version and build. I must say they were very courteous as they should be. George

That's great! I'm glad that they are making it easier since we've had only 1 official update to this program!
