Video And Audio Not Syncing

Hi

Am total novice. Have just purchased iPodTouch and have been trying to put some movies onto it using Easy DVD Copy and Convert 4. Am converting to iPod files. Picture quality is good but audio out of sync after about 15 minutes. Have read posts about changing fps through custom encoding, but my package doesn't seem to allow for that.

Grateful for any advice.
