I was excited - Roxio Back on Track 3 sounded good to me.

I bought the product and had it shipped to me.  It came quickly and I opened it up to find only a pack with a CD.  No documentation.

After some frustration I have figured out some of how it works but I have no idea why I can't back up files and then read them when I span more than one DVD.

Now I have had no answer to my help tickent and no documentation that I can find exists on this site other than the brief description I used to buy the product.

Can some one help me.
